Refund policy

At Patouzen, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn't suit you, here are the conditions for returning it.

Withdrawal and Return Period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item that doesn't suit you. After this period, no return can be accepted.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect resale condition. Any damaged, incomplete, or visibly used product may be refused.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, only the standard return procedure applies.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@patouzen.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions.

Refund

Once the return is received and inspected, we process the refund to the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, contact us immediately at contact@patouzen.com: we will arrange the return and proceed with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
