Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products made on the Patouzen website (the "Site"), operated by Patouzen. Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Prices

Product prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included. Patouzen reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order

The customer confirms their order after reviewing their cart contents, the total price, and the delivery terms. The order is confirmed by sending a confirmation email.

4. Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the Site at the time of the order. The order is processed upon receipt of payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, Patouzen grants you an extended period of 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund, under the conditions detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Legal Warranties

All our products come with the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, at no additional cost.

8. Liability

Patouzen shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services, or fault of the customer.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to conventional mediation before any legal action.
